This artifact is my individual teaching Philosophy and acceptance invitation into National Society of Leadership and Success. And the way I developed this artifact was my personal unique teaching strategy. This artifact demonstrate my growth as a professional, because it shows my different approach when it comes to teaching the children and enhancing their growth development. It demonstrate me need diversity and culture in the classroom, it also demonstrate my growth with teaching by adding the parents in my teaching with bridging the gap between school and home. The acceptance invitation demonstrates my hard work and never giving up on what I believe in, and that’s teaching children to reach their full potential. This artifact helped me meet NAEYC rule standard 6 because it showed my strength in teaching and working in the Early Childhood Field. It shows with a lot of training and passion for children becoming a professional teacher is only a goal away.
Standard 6. Becoming a Professional
Students prepared in early degree programs identify and conduct themselves as members of the early childhood profession. They know and use ethical guidelines and other professional standards related to early childhood practice. They are continuous, collaborative learners who demonstrate knowledgeable, reflective, and critical perspectives on their work, making informed decision that integrate knowledge from a variety of sources. They are informed advocates for sound educational practices and policies.
